1. All items are subject to availability.
2. We are making our products fresh, all the time.
3. If on a rare occasion, we are not able to supply something you have ordered, we will let you know that you have a credit with us.
4. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "Confirm" on the final page of our ordering process.
5. If you choose cheque/DD as the mode of payment, your name as purchaser will be the same as the name appearing on your account in your bank with which you are making payment for the purchases.
6. The delivery slip showing acceptance of the package by courier will be proof of acceptance of the products ordered by you.
7. FRESH FACE & FOOT MASK, FROZEN SHOWER GEL will be delivered on request.
8. However, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery or any damage in transit.

The address of delivery of the product ordered by you, should be correct and proper in all respects. The delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
NO REFUNDS WOULD BE ENTERTAINED FOR SUCH ITEMS.
