Does LUSH ship to PO Boxes in India?
Currently we do not ship orders to India PO box destinations. We use M/s Blue Dart as our official and sole carrier for all of our India destinations and Blue Dart does not/can not deliver to any PO Boxes, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Under special circumstances we can ship via Blue Dart but these shipments cannot be tracked and therefore delivery cannot be guaranteed. What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?
Kindly send your special delivery instructions in Gift Masage Box in the order form.
HOW DO I track my order?
Your order is not trackable until it has left our picking and packing facility and has been assigned an active tracking id. At the point that it enters the BLUE DART system, you will be sent a tracking number which can be entered under the tracking option of our front page and will link you directly to BLUE DARTto follow the progress of your package. The tracking id has been activated by Blue Dart (this can take up to 72 hours following assignement of tracking id).
HOW DO I return my order?
LUSH wants you to be happy with your purchase and experience. If you wish to return your product, please contact our Customer Service representatives at +91-80-22067611 or +91-80-66641111 to obtain a return authorization and receive instructions on how to return your product. PLEASE do not return your order without first contacting our Customer Service department by phone at +91-9945546610.
Note: All Applicable taxes like- Octroi, Road Permit, and other local taxes (applicable to the respective State) has to be borne by the Customer.
